Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pomegranate pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
